WORKING TO END TORTURE

Access to Justice is currently working to expand legal safeguards against the use of torture and other degrading treatment by law enforcement agencies in Nigeria. To do this, AJ is advocating the domestication of the UN Convention against Torture and is helping to build a broad census to achieve this. Furthermore, we are sensitising the law enforcement community to the need for stronger action against torture.
